Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have been working with a reputed LTD. indian company with a T/O of more than 2000 crores. We have on one months notice from either side, I am into sales department related to sales numbers i had an issue with my superiors now they wanted me to put down my papers.
What are the option with me.
1. Should i resign gracefully ?
2. Should i ask them to sack me

It is always advisable to resign gracefully. Sacking can create problems in future employment.
