Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am working on a temporary basis continuously with any break in service since 1991 in a State Govt based University. Is there any option that i can fight a case to become permanent employee. I also wish to ask, am i eligible for any pension or gratuity after my retirement. Also note i am on a graded salary since the time of my appointment. If you guide me properly, i can file a case with a good advocate. I am now 44 years old, married with kids and aged parents too, who are also dependent on me.
