i was a medical representativ in hindustan anti biotics ltd i transffred from jaipur to manglore on faithfull ness i joined for a day in manglore h q after that i come to jaipur its all in 2001 after that they have terminated me in 2005 dec i have not recieved a single paisa from 2001 to today i applied in labour department jaipur he accecpt my application but now concelling officer is saying this not in my jurdiction i cant go o pune for justice u can suugest any act so i can fight in jaipur for justice i have old mother i have no money
please gie leagl adice how to fight for justice in my native palce jaipur
