Legal Question in Employment Law in India
writ
sir,
i was selected by TRB through examination for the post of science graduate assistance but during certificate verification it rejected me and quoted the reason tht i have the degree in BSc Biochemistry instead of Chemistry. Then why the TRB sent me hallticket to appear for the exam still i had mentioned biochemistry in the coloumn for course studied. Why all the universities(Bharathiyar Bharathidasan,Alagappa, Avinashilingam and Madras universities offering B.Ed program for biochemistry. Moreover the syllabus of biochemistry covers 75% of the science syllabus of 6-10 standard syllabus. The TRB says tht it follows the guidelines of Madras University and it is not suggested by that university to appoint biochemist with B.Ed as a science teacher upto 10 std. then why the afore said university offers B.Ed program to the biochemists i. Physical Science. All the others selected with me went to work by this june 1st. I represented it to education ministers, TRB and also to CM. I submit a affidavit to to a lawyer to file a writ in high court. Is there any possibility for me to win against this case? If so how long will it take to results? is there any possibility to get my seniority and salary as others oppointed by june 1

Re: writ
you have a fair chance of getting a teacher posting. The problem is that the the trb guidelines have not been ammended and upgraded to cater to the needs for current educational levels. There are other avenues open for BSc Biochemistry graduates unlike just BSc chemistry graduates- this may be a reason for ammending the trb guideline at the same time it is also one many ammendments that are very much required! one individual cannot change it but the court can order and suggest the government make sutiable ammendment of the guidelines! in case you win the case you also have the good chance to get up in the seniority list in par with others.
