Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I ws an employee of Nirma University, Self financed University in Gujarat. When sixth pay commission was declared university decided to give the arrears in five equal installment, in line with policy of gujarat government.
After receving two installments i had resigned and demanded for due amount of arrears as per GR by gujarat govt.
Still i have not received any amount. Is self financed institute is bound to pay arrears of the employee?
The university had paid the arrears to employees who had retired or been terminated.

mostly depends on agreement and if any due is remain u can sue
