hi
we have 4 acres of land in bangalore rural area. since from 40 years land is in the name of my father. and 30 years of grand father name. my grand father cousin brother sons, asking for their part in 4 acres land. what we have to do?

Whether this is a partitioned property ?. then Oral or, Written or, registered partitioned one ? is the question arises here, Ok ? or will if any is there with such ? Otherwise partitioned can be sued for any time, and several times rule shall apply to it , on the basis of contrary family partitions, Ok?
