Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
we have a 11 month tenency agreement, with renewal for next 11 month, unless terminated with 60 days notice. we gave a 60 days notice, he is asking for 13 months extention.
q1) if we agree, will this be treated as 12 months above tenancy
q2) should we go ahead and terminate the agreement after 60 days, and allow him to stay there with monthly rents
Q3)what will be the terms & conditions of his stay, if the agreement is terminated.

Monthly tenancy means the same thing as 11 months rent agreement. 60 days notice is given in cases where rent restriction act is not applicable, this is hyper technical matter consult local lawyer.
