Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
In 1985, my mother purchased a property in delhi. Ground Floor is pre-occupied by 3 tenants. 1 of them is using it for the residential purpose. However, the other 2 are using it for the commerical purpose as godowns.
The rent is very nominal (between Rs 100 - Rs 250 per month). They are paying the rent with 10% increase after every 3 years.
What is the proper procedure to increase the rent.
Is there any possibility to get the posession of the commercial property so that I can start my own business.
