1) Can one person have 2 different tenanted houses in the same building in his own name .\n2) Do a tenant need to take consent of the other family members his wife & children while selling off the tenanted house.\n3) If there is only an agreement between the tenant (seller) and the buyer and if the name is not transferred in the name of the new buyer can the new buyer be legally tenant of the tenanted house.\n4) Can it be transferred in his name later on.\n5) Is he entitled for a flat when it goes for redevelopment.\n6) Can a tenanted house be bought in the name of minor and be transferred in his name when he is a matured.\n\nPls let me know the answers.\n\nThank you in anticipation.\n\nrgds\n
