Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
1) Can a Society levy charges for issuance of NOC or any form of letter say for eg. to bank or other institution certifying about the tenant/ tenacy etc.
If yes,
i) what is the minimal and maximum charge that can be levied?
ii) Is it governed by Bye-Laws or the AGM can decide up on the amount?
