What can he do?

29 years ago, my father (Deceased on Nov 2000) bought a house from R D D�souza by paying certain amount to him, My father didn�t make an agreement document. After 23 year Now Mr Bandari ( He is Developer of my Primises Right is given by LandLord Ashimta Mogra) . He is saying that Mr R D D�souza is legal owner who was not paid Rent of this property also you are illegal tenant of this property he asking us to vacate the house What can he do?

If your father, and after his death, you have lived in the house as owners for the last 23/29 years, you could have become owners by efflux of time even without any document if no rent was paid.

You may need to consult a local lawyer for appropriate guidance. In my opinion, the threat of eviction seems to be without any legal force. However, you should seek appropriate remedy through a local lawyer.
