Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i have got aflat at trichur in kerala.18 flats are there.assciation is not registered.there are only 9 parking lots. yeserday in meeting of owners 9 participated and passed a resolution that owners have got prority in parking cars over the tenants. as per the agreement with builder no slot is assigned to any body. is the resolution valid?
