right agaist eviction from shop by landlord
sir,

I am resident of Rajasthan. i want to know i am using a shop for commercial use for last 30 years situated at Chittorgarh (Rajasthan). right now my landlord want his shop back he want to start his own business. what are our rights in this case and what provision we put in front of court in our favour. will landlord has right to evict as we are not in default of any general term and condition of rent.
Kindly let us know how to face this case and what acts and provision are there so that we don�t have to vacant the shop. As my landlord age is 62 years and retired pensioner and as he is old in age cannot able to start his new business.
We are not very rich and our only income source is through shop.

evicting you will not be easy ...... infact very difficult. for better advice contact lawyer
