My husband bought an apartment in 2005.in 2006 few owners got together and formed an association.
They are demanding corpus fund of Rupees 10000 and they say that they will cut water or electricity if we don’t pay.
My Husband did not sign on any agreement. Please advise if its legal to demand corpus fund and cut electricity and water if not paid?
