Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
For my appartment in Nagpur, the Leave and License agreement expeired in June 09. It was renewed for next 11months. Last month Tenant verbally informed that he would be leaving in October 09. So far the tenant did not vacate and did not pay rent for last 3 months. What action I should take as a Landlord, in order to get the rent and vacate the tenant. Please give you expert suggestions.

You have to file action for eviction and arrears of payment of rent.
