Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
if an appeal is on process in district court and and the respondents are contesting through a power of attorney holder and the power of attorney is suspicious till the begining of the suit. so, can the appealent/defandant file a petition for presenting the executants of power of atorney to prove their sign and document in the appeal stage? may it be allowed or not?

Evidence can also be permitted at appeal stage, but a proper case needs to be made out. Unless full circumstances & facts are given it is not possible to advise.
