Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I want to know how to apply for a stay order in India ? I have a home in Bangalore which is in my mother's name. My mother is no more & she is a second wife to my dad. My dad wants to see off the property & I'm not interested in it. Please assist me

you can send a power of attorney duly notarized by notary public or attested by the indian consulate, whichever country you are residing. the attorney is to be sent in favour of the lawyer and he would file the suit on your behalf and also seek the stay order from the court concerned.
