Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have been approached by a landloard to purchase his property which is under pagdi system. It has tenents living there for couple of years. What is the legality of such deal. How is the new Tenant/Landlord deal be signed on purchase of this property. Example new Rent agreement etc. What are the doucments i need to see and verify. Also recommend good lawyer.

Enter in to a Sale Deed with the land owner before that peruse all document and get them verified with an property expert regarding title clearance.
