Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Hello. I am a bachelor living in a society in Andheri East Mumbai. I am facing a typical problem with society ever since I have moved in 1 month back. There has been a continuous question being raised and complaint sent by society to Landlord about the people that are visiting me. I am renting a 1 room Kitchen in the society which is an independent home. Society has been raising objection and question on Female visitor at my place and asking question as to who they are and what time they are coming and going. If I have friend coming to my house at 6 in morning to go for a walk that is posed as someone has spent whole night at my home and leaving at 4. I have been told by society and landlord that agreement is just on my name so female visitor can't be staying at my place. Is this correct information? I want to understand what my legal rights here are and can society or landlord ask me to vacate the premises based on these issues. Lease is on a Rs. 1000 stamp paper. It is just the fact that I am a bachelor and a female is coming and going to my apartment I have been hearing all these complaints. Is there any legal action that I can take under the circumstance if I am forced by society or landlord to vacate the premises based on these wrong allegation. Also want to understand am I bound to vacate the apartment in case it is demanded for or I can retain it as long as I find a new place. Is there any kind of protection available in law for bachelor tenants?

Your statement is not very clear on facts. However, you are required to follow the decisions taken by Managing Committee of the Society and live there as per norms decided by the Society.
