Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
we baught a property in kolkata along with the tanents from the landlady who informed the same to the tanents with a ad,we issued a rent bill to the tanent ,the rent bill contained three names,but after few month they had a problem and stopped paying rent to us and went to rent control ,but he was not regular their and aftersome time lasped again he changed the name of two of the tanent and startep paying rent in the rent control with a new name and case no,but he was no regular their also,now 30 years have passed and he is not bothered to pay any rent to me ,nither i have collected any rent from the rent control ,the amount he was paying is rs 90 for a 3 bed room flat with a seperate kitchen andbathroom along with a small hall comprising a a total 720 sq feet area what should i do now?
