after building apartment on land plot and selling some apartment,what is status and right of land owner in society

Depending upon the terms on which land is transferred to the Society, the landowner may have no right after the society makes apts.

apartments can be built after the co operative group housing society purchases the land from the owner. it is obvious that the owner is left with no right after he sells the land.
