i own a bussiness in bangalore the land lady expired my rental aggreement got expired and iam in possesion for past five years where ihave 2 pay the rent in bank account prescribed they now want me 2 vacate without notice any suggestion

You can contest your eviction. Who are they ,who are asking you to vacate ?
