No. Any how if there is a restriction is for certain years and it has been liberalised then you can be permitted to deal or buy the said land. Hence we need to see the conditions and the assignment order to check whether the said condition is relaxed or not?

i agree with Adv Stalin. Don't go ahead for buying land before verifying everything.
