cancellation of lease deed
i have let out a property to an educational institution and the same was registered on 30-06-2007, now the rent is increased and i have asked the educational institution, to register a supplimentary deed. Actually i wanted to get the school vacated and after registering the supplimentary deed can i cancel the original lease agreement registered on 30-06-2007 without the consent of the educational institution
