Case settlement

I am tenant in alone one canal house in posh locality in chandigarh.The landlady is not staying here due to her family's history of criminal/terrorist back ground.The case is pending in distt. Courts,chandigarh and going in my favour.I want out of court settlement to litigation by way of compensation as per market rate.Help me with the help of any good lawyer or property agency in chandigarh or so..Thanks and regards.

You can refer to your local contacts like friends, neighbours, colleagues and relatives can also refer magazines on real estate.

You do not have a right to purchase the property because of pending litigation.

A lawyer or property agency may not be of much help to you. It is better you directly approach the landlady/owners for a settlement. If the lady is living out of country, we may find an agency for helping you.
