Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i am a central government employee and there is a state government's quarter is alloted to me against my recommended application by my boss and a state govt's officer. I am paying monthly rent @ 31 as per agreement and i have paid till march 2015 in advance also and now a executive engineer informed me that he had cancilled my allotment even he have surplus quarters and now askig for my house rent allowance since from the date of allotment.
So now what should i do?
