Chandigarh court

I am a tenant in chandigarh.The landlady is misleading the court in the garb of senior citizen.She has filed 4 cases in distt. Courts,chandigarh which are false and frivolous.The judge is emotionally bent upon the senior citizen and giving short dates and dismissing my application.I am loosing time and money.The landlady is nri and has huge funds.She is paying to all so as to evict me.Suggest me,what to do here,to save my tenant rights.What type of cases,i should file so as to take revenge from the whole family.I had tendered rent in court as per orders.

you have to fight legal battle . You may file transfer petition in case you fear that the judge would not do justcie with you . However money matters and face value of advocate also counts is reality of life and no one can deny the same
