Change of user in housing society

1. I am planning to start a new Placement agency in mumbai. I would like to know what are legal govt. licenses/approvals required to setup a new agency?

2. Whether I can start a placement agency in a 1st floor residential flat in housing soceity? any law which prohibits/allow this.

3. What are DCR rules and Bombay shops&est. rule to start a office at residencial premises.

4. Can I start without soceities NOC?

need to see the papers of the terms on which you got the flat and the laws of mumbai development authority in this regard. however you can always do work from your home if its on small scale.

You have to fallow the terms and condition of lease or sub-lease. Generally in residential area, the non residential activites is not permissible. For further query contact me
