Cheque Bounce
Dear sir,
Recently I shifted my home. In lieu of my security deposit he gave me a cheque (from his wife's account) but the same got bounced because of insufficient fund. Can I take any legal action? I also have lease & licenses agreement for the flat in Xerox what I can do please suggest.

You can take action U/s. 138 NI Act if it is within time. You have not mentioned dates.

Yes,you can initiate proceeding u/s.138 N.I.Act and can also copy of lease deed in support of your claim.

send notice through lawyer and then u can file complaint against him and you will get your money
we can draft and send the notice for you for rs 1100/-
