Civil case
The landlord has no agreement.I tendered rent on the basis of solitary receipt in the chandigarh distt. Court..During the pendency of the case,i lost the original rent receipt.I made application for ammendment of written satement,but it was dismissed.I placed on record certified xerox copy of rent receipt.The new landlord is now saying it to be forged and fabricated.He has also filed criminal case.Now,in the civil court,i made application for granting secondary evidence.The judge is biased and helping other nri party and if this application is also dismissed,how i can lead evidence.Previously too,i approached punjab high court,but was dismissed.Help me.

You should immediately consult some good sr advocate. You only have chances of revision and appeal.
