Claiming for the damage

I have my own house. My car was parked at the parking area near my building. One night the drainage cement pipe broke & fell on my car. The roof top, mirror & windshield got damaged. I informed chairman, he said the society will reimburse 50%, but after 8 months, they rejected my claim saying that society is not charging parking charges so we will not pay you. Pls guide me

you may file a plaint with Co-op court.

Civil suit lies for damages against society.
