Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
We have a commercial building in kerala.Most of the spaces are rented out on lease.It is a very old building with a very bad structure.We have almost 55 cents in it and i can see due to very poor planning a lot of space has been wasted.In order to maximum utilise the space we have to rebuild most part of the building ..but the main concern is that for doing that we have to remove the tenants first....This building belonged to our father and is passed on to us after death.....

yes u can provided u have to accomodate the tenanats after that, as that can not be the ground for there eviction
