Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have commercial property which is leased out since more than 10 years. The monthly rent is Rs10000/-(Ten thousand). There is no Lease deed.The tenant is neither vacating the property nor increasing the rent. The Building is 20 yaers old. I stay in Warangal which is Municipal Corporation in Andhra Pradesh My question is
1. Whether Rent Control Act is applicable? I recently heard that the Rent control Act will be applicable if the rent value is 10,000/- or less
2. What are the remedies open to me to get the building vacated
