Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i have commerical complex in hyderabad, andhra pradesh. some of the tenants are occupying since 10 -15 years, at that time the colony was not developed and we were happened to give at low rents. but now the colony has developed much and the new occupiers are paying three times what our old tenants are paying. is there any way either to evicit or make them to pay higher rents legally

The rent matters are governed by local State laws. You may contact a local lawyer there with a copy of your documents like rent agreement, receipt etc.
