Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
a company is registered with the indian government(mca) with an office address .and if the company enters into an agreement with a foreign company with its real registered name but with a residential house address on its letter head is it an offence ? and if so what is the punishment and which law or act does this offence come under the indian law?
