Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
What compensation do you have to give to someone who has been cultivating on your agricultural land for over 30 years in Gujarat when you intend to sell the land to someone else. I believe a new law has been I acted regarding this issue recently this year.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You are free to sell your land to anybody you so wish to. There is no law which stops you from selling your land.
