This Trust has given this land to TPS III SLUM REHABILITATION SOCIETY (which also is a public trust)on lease for 98 years(LESSEE). The lessee had constructed building and given flats to us in the year 1977.

In the agreement between the lessee and flat owner a cluase is mentioned that after the building is occupied and the society is registered, the lessee shall cause the conveyance to be executed in favour of the said society.

Q1. Can the lessee make a conveyance deed in favour of our society?

Q3.If the answer to the above question is yes then what are the legal course available to us to stop the lessee from doing so?

Q4What can we do to get the said land on our society's name?
