one can answer such queries only after perusing all documents and court records.
If the court has passed an order asking you to vacate the same. You can only file an appeal to the higher court but my experience says eventually you would be asked by the higher court too to vacate the property. It is advisable to look for another flat for tenancy..........Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
