Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
If the court has given the decision for the tenants to stay in that house only with the consent of the landlord with fix rent till death as they are senior citizens and still after all this if the lanlords harrass the tenants what actions can be taken against them

You can move an application to the same court and inform the court of harassment at the hands of the landlord . if t landlord not oblize t court orders u can file contempt application in court
