Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
My dad had to give 50000 Rs to his elder brother 25 years ago and he gave a property as OTTI for the 50,000 Rs.
My father passed away 15 years ago and the elder brother still keeps the flat.
Flat is still on my fathers name, myself being his son , can we get our property back?
