what is dcr33(5) and when was it passed n where can this document be found in mumbai,its urgent please help. we face eviction order 3 days stay inspite of having all proof of the builder cheating n society forging.corruption is very high. as the builders say she can n has bought judges n lawyers..gave verdict in the builders favour n our lawyer too supported the builder in court..n so did the judge ignored all our proofs n gave the builder permission to forcibly evict us n break our houses.our stay is till 15th.urgently need to know of dcr33(5) n need document so wher to find it n the date..thanku

With such a short period you should ideally go and see a lawyer, Development Control Regulation/Rules - dcr - this is rule 33 (5) which you will find in the DC Rules. You can buy this from any book seller who is selling legal books.
