Dear Sir I m going to purchase a property. Seller have register his name in 8 uttara but not in 7/12.He has done purchase by notary. He has the possition of land aslo.Shall I buy or not.

Any purchase or sale of immovable property having value of more than Rs.100/- has to be done by duly registered deed.
