Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear sir ,
i have a shop in panchkula and i took it in 2004 nov at a rent of 33000/- which was at that time the highest rent .i singed a lease deed with the landlord for 5 years .as per the deed it would be renewed after 5 years with mutual understanding.
My first landlord sold the shop to some one else on power of attorney and he sold it to third person and got it registered in his name by the first landlord.
this all happened in 3 years span . The new landlord gave us a eviction notice and now the case is going on even before the lease expired.basically the new landlord is a land mafia and the money is of some one for canada and they have made a fraud company in which he is a director .
the building is not 10 years old.
I have spent all my life earnings in this shop and dont know what to do.Please your valuable advise can help us in a very major way.

What is the reason for them to ask you to vacate this shop ?. What are the contents of lease agreement pertaining vacation or renewal of your shop in your agreement ? What is the stage of suit for possession against you ?
