Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear sir, verbaly I RENTED MY HOUSE IN BANGALORE BY RECEIVING DEPOSIT CHEQUES FROM A PERSON AND HANDED OVER THE KEYS. BUT LATER THE CHEQUES GOT BOUNCED AND THE PERSON WITHOUT MY PERMISSION DRILLED HOLES IN THE WALLS.BECAUSE OF THESE TWO REASONS I INFORMED HIM I DONT WANT TO GIVE THE HOUSE TO HIM AND ASKED HIM TO VACATE THE HOUSE. THIS HAPPENED 3 MONTHS BEFORE BUT HE IS NOT VACATING THE HOUSE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE AND HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET MY HOUSE BACK.
