Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Dear Sir

I came to Bangalore for some training in the other co. from my company located in delhi. I have taken a flat in the month of 8th March 2010 with a agreement of 11 months. These 11 months are going to be end in 8th Feb 2011. For this i have paid some advance security money which is refundable(Also mentioned in agreement). As per agreement if i want to leave the house or owner wants me to leave both side has to give the 2 months notice period before the date of vacating the flat.

But as agreement period is ends on 8th Feb 2011 and i will leave this house on 8th March 2011. So i want to know that notice is required or not for vacating the flat after ending of notice period to take the security money back.

2nd if the owner will create some problem in money refund what action should i have to take. Because i have to go back Delhi i will not stay more here.

your best bet will be to seek one month extension, a few days before the expiry of 11 months.
