Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear Sir,
I wish to thank all the experts for their valuable advices regarding not accepting the rent cheque of my shop in Jaipur.
As per the valuable advices of Mr. Rangnathan raghavchari and others,
I posted a registered letter asking the landlord to give his bank account details for depositing the cheque, but the letter has been returned with a note that the receipent is not available. she is out of station and nothing is known about her return.
Will u please guide me about further step.
