Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Dear Sir

I has installed a tata mobile tower on the roof of my building in 2008 , and agreement of 20 years is between owner ( me ) & tata tele .

However i want to uninstall that tower from my building . its a residential property and i along with my family lives here , is their any way i can get rid of this tower , may be due to health reasons or sale of building

There will be a provision for discontinuation of the service in the terms and conditions of your contract with Tata Teleservices. You may send the Company a letter of your intention to terminate the Agreement and act accordingly.

simply got through the agreement . there must be some sort of provision. even if it is not, so still can got it removed by wriritng to MC etc

One will need to go through the agreement - before advising. Without applying mind to the document - you may get a wrong advise. Contact a lawyer, show him the agreement and take appropriate steps.
