Dear sir/madam,
my father has got a room in mhada lottery system at kandivali charkop, but he was missing since 16 years, now i want to transfer that room on my mother's name, so i want to know what is the pocedure for that.

You may want to a seek declaration of your father's "civil death" and your being the sole legal heir by filing a civil suit in the local courts.
