There is no due amount. Now Mr.x demanding amount for register the land. As per our knowledge such land have no documents and is under gramakantam. Now me and my younger brother got register from my father as such land is belongs to our elders.

Dear Sir / Madam,

(Prakasam, Ananthavaram, Andhra Pradesh)

If "gramakantam" means Government assigned land, there are conditions that the ownership of the land cannot be transferred as per the A.P (Prohibition of Transfer of Lands) Act, 1977. If the registration of the land has still not taken place with the Tahsildar's Office, it is in your interest to get the title transferred in your names in the Register of Rights and Passbook to avoid the possibility of any further complications raised by X or anybody else in the matter.
