Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Dear Sir,
The civil suit of tenant v/s landlord is at the stage of recording the oral testimony of the opponent (landlord). The plaintiff�s oral testimony has been completed. Now at this stage, can the tenant (plaintiff) submit the additional documentary evidence in support of his civil suit.
